Why does my tracking number come from Arizona and not Colorado?
Our company is based out of Colorado, but we ship directly from our secure, temperature controlled facility in Arizona. This way, we are able to provide you with the fast and reliable service you deserve.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept unused, unopened product returns less than 14 days after the original delivery date. You will be issued a full refund in the form of store credit, minus the cost of shipping once we receive the package.
